  Online triage has been closed today, however, you can submit your health queries between the hours of 8am and 11am via telephone only by contacting 01555 752 150 between 8am-11am. Please provide as much information as you can. This information will allow the GP to triage your request to the most appropriate clinician in the most appropriate time frame.

If you require urgent medical attention during the hours of 11am - 6pm, please call us on 01555 752150. Our Patient Care Advisors will ask you about your problem and pass this information to the GP - Please provide them with as much information as you can.

All non-urgent GP appointment requests should be made in the first instance by using the Online Consult button on our website (see above or on our home page). You can seek health advice without having to visit or call us.

• We will action Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays)

Home Visits

 Requests for home visits should be made before 10.30am.

These requests will be triaged by the Duty Doctor and house calls will be carried out only at the discretion of the Doctor.
