17/07/2019 - A new Text Message system has been introduced at the practice. This is a secure text messaging service enabling the practice, with patient consent, to send health care invitations and appointment reminders to patients by SMS text. To sign up, please complete a consent form and return to the practice. Consent forms are available at our reception desk at the practice or can be downloaded here.
Ordering Prescriptions Online **Changes from 8 March 2018 **
The Vision Online Services website www.myvisiononline.co.uk is being updated with a new website www.patient-services.co.uk
When ordering repeat medication ACTIVE VOS users will have their accounts migrated to the new patient-services platform. Users who previously registered with VOS but their account status is either CREATED or REGISTERED will have to obtain a new registration letter from the practice. If you are experiencing problems accessing the account please contact us and we can check your status.
All patients need to register for Patient Services if they wish to order their medication online. The facility of ordering via the practice website will now direct you to the new platform. Patients will need to register to use Patient Services by completing the Registration Form. Forms can be collected from the reception desk or downloaded using this link: Patient Services Registration Form
- It's simple - the newly designed website is faster to use and works beautifully on Smartphones and tablets as well as computers.
What's staying the same?
You can continue to:
- Cancel appointments
- Order your repeat presriptions
- Request medication not on repeat. These requests will be passed to the GPs to action.
- Access your surgery online at any time, wherever you are.
