The practice is situated in Carluke Health Centre, (with disabled access). There are 6 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Minor Illness & Chronic Disease), 1 Sexual Health Nurse, 1 Pharmacist and attached staff providing general medical services for NHS Lanarkshire for approximately 11,100 patients.
The practice area covers the ML8 postcode area of Carluke, villages of Law, Braidwood, Cartland, Crossford, Rosebank and the farming area immediately surrounding the towns.

It is the aim of this practice to provide a high standard of patient care by both medical and non-medical staff. We aim to be an approachable and accessible practice which provides personal care for our patients. We hope to respond to changes in modern medical practice and ensure our medicine is carried out on a basis of scientific validity.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
The results from your test you will be available approximately 10 working days from the date of the test.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to request an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
Please note if the test was ordered by a hospital consultant the results will be returned to that hospital consultant who made the request.

Aged over 75 years / Aged 18 - 64 years / High school children - Tuesday, 29 October from 2pm until 3pm with Nurse Wilson at St Luke's
Aged over 75 years / Aged 18 - 64 years / High school children - Friday, 1 November from 1.30pm until 3pm with Nurse Wilson at St Luke's
